You derive satisfaction not just from clean code and creative solutions but from producing a genuinely useful product that improves the lives of others. You’re proud of the code you write, and more importantly, the products you create. You enjoy collaborating with talented and thoughtful colleagues. You realize life is short and that what you build and who you build it with matters.
What we use:
Our stack consists of Python 3 and Django for the backend, and we’re in the process of migrating to React w/ Relay for the frontend. We utilize Celery and Redis for asynchronous task processing, and our database is PostgreSQL. All parts of the application are run in Docker from development to production. have talked to an employee at Wellthy and from what I can tell this company isn't fooling around. At the time of this writing there are few online reviews about micro management of at least two people at Wellthy. A new hire for the company tells me that they have not noticed anything like this within the company. They work flexible hours even for folks on the westcoast and many of the reviews center around how 'friendly' everything at the company is. If you have any information to dispute these claims then I would love to hear from you via the contact form

5 Out of 5 stars: "The all-in-one construction management software built to help you finish quality projects within construction" , but still a Californa tech company when it comes to values. Glassdoor and surveyed employees seem to like the company and CEO. Online reviews don't look to be faked by reputation management. They have a fitness stipend that allows for buying fitness trackers like Apple watches, mountain biking shoes, and anything else that can help with fitness for approx $400 a quarter. Salaries look to be a high avg or better. 401k with matching. subsidized medical, dental, and they have a program that allows mental health visits.
Employees we interviewed believe very highly in the company and culture. The CEO has a lot of control over the company still even though they IPO'd and are growing. We are told that they sometimes ask teams to take 'mindful days' for mental health. The CEO is the original founder who had his hands on a lot of the technology which includes the server it ran on when the company started long ago
Tech Stack: Tech stack is Ruby / Rails / Postgres, with microservices in Rust and Elixir. AWS and Kubernetes to deploy but there is a lot of other technologies popping up here and there from what we are told
